ABOUT SOPHROLOGY
Sophrology is a short therapy which enables you to take a moment to reconnect with your inner self in order to harmonize the body and mind. It is based on breathing techniques, muscle relaxation (slow body movements) and visualization of positive images to project yourself and imagine that success is possible.
