Take time to reconnect with your body, to listen to it, to take an inventory of your values ​​and to know if you walk every day in accordance with your values ​​or if you are wearing a double mask.

Breathe naturally again

Welcome the first sensations that arise in your body

Listen to your inner voice, what is it telling you?


Repeat the same movement a second time, keeping your eyes closed.

Once again, erase all the words/troubles you want to get rid of, free yourself from

Feel your values ​​and your power resurface in every part of your body

Accept who you are objectively, with your dark and light sides
