Why do we so often forget to celebrate every little positive thing that happens to us in life? Whether it's repairing a piece of furniture, getting to bed an hour earlier, understanding a concept or developing an idea, etc. Too often we forget to celebrate those special moments that remind us that life is worth living. These little positive moments that have so much flavor and that make us appreciate who we are a little more.


Make a firm decision today to celebrate every "win" in your life. The landing of the IN family (serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, adrenaline and endorphin) is scheduled in thirty seconds. Breathe naturally and memorize your positive emotions.
