You can pay in cash or wire transfer. Double check with your health mutual if your sophrology and/or hypnosis sessions can be reimbursed.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel or move your session for various reasons, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations one hour before the start of your session, this will be due.
Delays
​In the event of a delay, the duration of the initial session will be respected. It will not be possible to overflow in order to catch up because it is possible that other practitioners will need the office.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation system. The mediation entity chosen is: CNPM-MEDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION. How it works?
A Sophrology session happens in three steps:
Step 1
You share your mood of the day and events that happened between sessions.
Step 2
You practice exercises in standing or sitting position (lying position if necessary) to work on your breathing and muscle relaxation techniques in order to totally relax and better listen to the sensations in your body.
Step 3
During an open dialogue your express your feelings and sensations about the practice of the exercises.
* No need to wear specific clothes. No particular physical condition is required. Sophrology is not a substitute for medical treatment.
